About the role
Jashn.pk is looking for a creative, organised and energetic Event Executive to join our team. You'll keep the moving parts of each event aligned—from vendors and venues to client communication and the guest experience.
What you'll do
- Plan, coordinate and execute events from start to finish.
- Manage vendors, suppliers, venues and event logistics.
- Coordinate with clients, partners, performers and internal teams.
- Prepare event schedules, budgets and execution plans.
- Ensure smooth on-ground event operations.
- Handle event-related communications and follow-ups.
- Monitor event quality, guest experience and timely delivery.
- Resolve issues quickly and effectively during events.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- At least 3 years of event-management or event-coordination experience.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
