Vendor information: business name, category, city, service areas, descriptions, photos, packages, pricing ranges, public contact options, onboarding form details, profile updates, and verification information.

Invitation and RSVP information: names, guest responses, invite tokens, event details, attendance preferences, messages, and related information needed to operate invitation or RSVP features.

Communications: messages you send to Jashn, vendor enquiries, support requests, form submissions, email or WhatsApp preferences, and feedback.

Technical and usage information: device type, browser, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, referral source, timestamps, clicks, search queries, and interactions with marketplace features.

Cookies and similar technologies: we may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and analytics tools to keep the site working, understand usage, improve performance, remember preferences, and measure marketing or product effectiveness.

To provide Jashn services, including vendor discovery, event planning pages, enquiry flows, vendor profiles, invitations, RSVP features, dashboards, account settings, support, and notifications.

To connect customers and vendors. For example, when a customer submits an enquiry, we send the relevant event and contact details to the selected vendor so they can respond.

To create, review, improve, and display vendor listings, including categories, cities, service details, photos, package information, and public-facing profile content.

To personalize and improve the marketplace, such as showing relevant categories, cities, vendors, planning tools, search results, recommendations, and content.

To communicate with you about your account, enquiries, vendor onboarding, listings, event planning activity, support requests, product updates, security notices, or policy changes.

To protect Jashn, users, vendors, and the marketplace from spam, fraud, abuse, security incidents, unauthorized access, fake listings, and misuse.

To analyze aggregated or de-identified marketplace trends, such as popular cities, event types, categories, search demand, and vendor supply gaps.

To comply with laws, enforce our terms, resolve disputes, and maintain records needed for legal, tax, accounting, safety, or operational reasons.

Vendor profiles are meant to be visible to customers. Public vendor information may include business name, city, category, service areas, description, photos, package details, public contact options, ratings, reviews, and listing badges where applicable.

Content you submit for public pages, testimonials, reviews, real wedding or event features, portfolios, or vendor profiles may be shown on Jashn if approved for publication.

Do not submit private documents, passwords, bank details, confidential customer lists, or information you do not want Jashn to process unless we specifically request it through a secure channel.

With vendors selected by customers: if you send an enquiry, booking request, invitation-related message, or contact request, we share the details needed for the vendor to understand and respond.

With customers: vendor profile information and approved public listing content may be displayed to customers browsing Jashn.

With service providers: we may use companies that help us host the website, store data, send email, support WhatsApp or messaging workflows, process forms, analyze usage, secure the service, monitor performance, and provide customer support.

For legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information if we believe it is required by law, legal process, regulation, security investigation, fraud prevention, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Jashn, users, vendors, or others.

Business transfers: if Jashn is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

With your consent or direction: we may share information when you ask us to, authorize us to, or use a feature that clearly requires sharing.

Jashn may use cookies and analytics tools to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand traffic, measure feature usage, improve performance, and identify issues.

We may use aggregated analytics to understand which pages, categories, vendors, cities, and planning tools are useful. Where possible, we use privacy-conscious settings and do not use analytics to sell personal information.

Your browser may let you block or delete cookies. Some parts of Jashn may not work properly if cookies or local storage are disabled.

We may contact you by email, phone, WhatsApp, SMS, in-product message, or similar channels about enquiries, RSVP activity, vendor listings, onboarding, account security, support, and product updates.

You can ask us to stop non-essential marketing messages. We may still send operational or transactional messages needed to provide the service, protect accounts, or respond to your requests.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Jashn, maintain accounts and listings, support enquiries, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve marketplace quality.

If you request deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify information unless we need to keep it for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, accounting, backup, or operational reasons.

Vendor public profiles can be de-published or updated on request after we verify that the requester is authorized to act for the business.

You may request access, correction, update, deletion, export, or restriction of your information by contacting Jashn. We may ask you to verify your identity or your authority to act for a vendor business.

You can update some account details through account settings where available. Vendors can ask us to update listing details, contact options, photos, package information, or profile status.

If you are in a location with specific privacy rights, we will respond to applicable requests as required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

No online service is perfectly secure. Please use strong account credentials, protect invite or RSVP links, and avoid sending sensitive information unless it is necessary.

Jashn is focused on Pakistan, but the tools and providers we use may process information in Pakistan, the United States, or other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.

Jashn is not intended for children to create accounts or vendor listings. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Jashn may link to vendor websites, social profiles, payment pages, map services, or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are controlled by them, not Jashn.

When you communicate directly with a vendor outside Jashn, that vendor’s own privacy and business practices apply to the information you share.

We may update this policy as Jashn grows or as our services, vendors, tools, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
