You need to send picture of defected product within 24 hours after receiving the order. We will refund full amount for the defected article. Amount can be refunded in the form of bank transfer or voucher code, as per the choice of customer. If you claim the defect after 24 hours, it will be rejected. However, we do not offer any return or exchange due to the change of mind or personal likeness. Although we try our best to capture colors as close as possible to how they appear in real, we cannot guarantee a hundred percent match. The difference between different display screens is minimal but beyond our control hence refunds/exchanges cannot be provided on this basis. It is recommended to look at the colors on laptop screen for the best match.
